Jesaja 14:29

SV	Verheug u niet, gij gans Palestina! dat de roede die u sloeg, gebroken is; want uit de wortel der slang zal een basilisk voortkomen, en haar vrucht zal een vurige vliegende draak zijn.
WLC	אַֽל־תִּשְׂמְחִ֤י פְלֶ֙שֶׁת֙ כֻּלֵּ֔ךְ כִּ֥י נִשְׁבַּ֖ר שֵׁ֣בֶט מַכֵּ֑ךְ כִּֽי־מִשֹּׁ֤רֶשׁ נָחָשׁ֙ יֵ֣צֵא צֶ֔פַע וּפִרְיֹ֖ו שָׂרָ֥ף מְעֹופֵֽף׃
Trans.	’al-tiśəməḥî fəlešeṯ kullēḵə kî nišəbar šēḇeṭ makēḵə kî-miššōreš nāḥāš yēṣē’ ṣef^a‘ ûfirəywō śārāf mə‘wōfēf:

AC	כט אל תשמחי פלשת כלך כי נשבר שבט מכך כי משרש נחש יצא צפע ופריו שרף מעופף
ASV	Rejoice not, O Philistia, all of thee, because the rod that smote thee is broken; for out of the serpent's root shall come forth an adder, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent.
BE	Be not glad, O Philistia, all of you, because the rod which was on you is broken: for out of the snake's root will come a poison-snake, and its fruit will be a winged poison-snake.
Darby	Rejoice not thou, Philistia, all of thee, because the rod that smote thee is broken; for out of the serpent's root shall come forth a viper, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent.
ELB05	Freue dich nicht gänzlich Philistäa, daß zerbrochen ist der Stock, der dich schlug! Denn aus der Wurzel der Schlange wird ein Basilisk hervorkommen, und seine Frucht wird sein eine fliegende, feurige Schlange.
LSG	Ne te réjouis pas, pays des Philistins, De ce que la verge qui te frappait est brisée! Car de la racine du serpent sortira un basilic, Et son fruit sera un dragon volant.
Sch	Freue dich nicht, du Philisterland, daß die Rute zerbrochen ist, die dich schlug! Denn aus der Wurzel der Schlange wird eine Natter wachsen, und deren Frucht wird ein fliegender Drache sein.
